I can't tell you how many friends leave Palm Beach to head north in the summer. There is a reason why the call them "Snow Birds."

As May rolls around and the heat start kicking in there is an instictual reaction which happens in animals and human. It's the call of the wild beaconing the return to the north. But what about those that don't take flight in May and June?

I think we should start calling them the All Timers. There is a special payoff for those of us who elect to stay in Palm Beach through the summer. If you have been watching the weather maps there has been more 100 degree days in the "Upper US" than at any other time. In 15 years I don't think we have ever had a 100 degree day in Palm Beach. The ocean has a wonderful cooling effect and the nights are routinely in the high 70's low 80's.

Where is the traffic? You got it. There isn't any traffic in Palm Beach in the summer because, and this is a conservative guess, at least 80% of the residents have flown the coup. All the better for us ALLTIMERS.

Palm Beach in the summer is great. The Europeans love us and I think you will also. Give us a try I think you will like it.

Have a great day and until next time.

Brad says..."See you soon."
